Folktale Winery

Marilet was brought on to design the brand identity for this winery in Carmel Valley, California, applying it across packaging, signage, and print. Working closely with the owner, winemaker, and interior design team during the creation and launch of Folktale, the brief called for a contemporary aesthetic inspired by historical visual references from the 1600s — rich with patterning, imagery, and texture.

21 men

The interviews and portraits collected in this book project by R. Bennett explore twenty-one men’s understanding of their social personas versus their authentic selves. Marilet was commissioned to design a set of symbols to represent the universal principle of masculinity. This project won an ADDY Award in 2016. Marilet collaborated with the author, photographer, and the Phoenix-based design agency charged with the interior layout.

Neshima

This project called for the development of a nurturing brand identity and website for psychotherapist Hagit Zeev. Marilet aimed to capture her client's approach and methodology in the visual elements of the brand: a simultaneous and reassuring sense of spaciousness and groundedness. Neshima Healing was created as a tranquil and supportive place for people to work towards becoming more centered while gaining greater clarity in their lives.

Hawley Personal Finance

Marilet was tasked with creating a brand identity and website design which spoke directly to Catherine's target client. The resulting visual solution abstractly hints at puzzle pieces, assembled to create a vibrant whole. This accessible aesthetic represents Catherine's belief that healthy finances are the result of tending to various key areas.
